He would have invaded if Trump were president, Biden has not a thing to do with this.
Ukraine would be annexed by now if Trump was President. There is no way he woulld have provided 40+ billion in aide in the battle between autocracy and democracy.
I am not sure if the 118th congress will try to stop the military assistance.
